Key Responsibilities
- Manage Transaction Banking FI Sales business and teams across Nigeria and West Africa.
- Drive growth in cash management, clearing, trade finance, and SC PrismFX business.
- Originate new business and deepen existing client relationships.
- Engage with senior-level decision makers to deliver strategic banking solutions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and promote best practices.
- Deliver financial performance in line with set budgets.
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum of 10 years of banking experience.
- Deep knowledge of Transaction Banking products.
- Proven ability to drive sales and develop business opportunities.
- Advanced understanding of FI / Correspondent banking.
- Strong relationship management and strategic leadership skills.
- Certification in Advanced Trade/Cash is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven track record in cash/trade transaction banking.
- Strong credit understanding and market intelligence.
- Experience working in a matrix or international organization.
