PNP Recruitment 2023: The Philippine National Police (NaPolCom) Recruitment and Online Registration Form is now available. Check out the basic requirements for a successful application.

The armed civilian national police force in the Philippines is called the Philippine National Police (PNP). It is a component of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and is governed and regulated by the National Police Commission.

Candidates are encouraged to use the Comprehensive Online Recruitment Processing System (CORPS) to submit their applications online. See the information about hiring below.

PNP Recruitment Update

The purpose of this recruitment, according to the official NAPOLCOM website, is to handle insurgent issues and assist personnel development programs.

The Philippine National Police (PNP) will appoint 2,105 new recruits to selected National Support Units (NSUs) and other PNP Offices, while 7,895 new recruits will be assigned to PNP Mobile Forces under the 17 Police Regional Offices situated throughout the country.

Requirements for Philippine National Police Recruitment 2023

  • All applicants must be a Philippine nationals;
  • A person with moral integrity;
  • Must be drug-free and have passed the PNP’s physical, psychological, and psychiatric exams;
  • A valid baccalaureate degree from an accredited university is required;
  • Must be qualified;
    • PNP Entrance (NAPOLCOM)
    • RA No. 1080 (Bar and Board Examinations)
    • PD No. 907 (CS eligibility to College Honor Graduates)
  • Must not have been dishonorably discharged from military service or fired for cause from any civilian government office;
  • Must not have been convicted of an offense or crime involving moral turpitude by final judgment;
  • Males must be one meter and sixty-two centimeters (1.62 m) tall, while females must be one meter and fifty-seven centimeters (1.57 m).
  • Must weigh no more than five kilograms (5 kg) more or less than the normal weight corresponding to his/her weight, age, and gender; and
  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and no more than thirty (30) years old.

Please double-check all papers to be uploaded to avoid disqualification. All male candidates who pretended to be female (and vice versa) and registered will be deleted from the list and will not be evaluated, even if they already have a QR Code.

Please do not submit more than one application. When you do this, the system will mark you as DQ. Because it is a “first COME-first SAVE” system, you can get access right away.

Salary Structure

Successful applicants would be appointed to the first rank of Police Patrolman, with a monthly base pay of P29,668.00 and other specified allowances and bonuses.
