Basic Requirements and Qualifications NIWA Recruitment 2023
Candidates for the NIWA Recruitment must fulfill the ensuing standards.
- A B.Sc., HND, NCE, or OND in the relevant field from an accredited institution.
- NYSC certificate of exemption or discharge.
- Each applicant must possess the West African School Certificate (WAEC), which must have at least two (2) passes and three (3) credits overall and contain English.
- Understanding of simple computer programs (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
- A Nigerian university-accredited B.Sc., HND, NCE, or OND are required of applicants.
- The applicant cannot be older than 35 at the time of application.
- A legitimate form of identity, such as a driver’s license, passport, National Identification Card, or voter card, is required for all candidates.
- For the SSCE, NECO, or GCE exam, a minimum of five courses—including English and mathematics—must be finished.

Salary Grade Level 6 will be paid to applicants having an OND in a related profession.

Those who have an HND or a degree in the required fields will thereafter be placed in Salary Grade Level 8.
