Vice President Senator Kashim Shettima announced this ahead of the official flag-off scheduled for Wednesday, October 22, 2025, in Abuja. The initiative is part of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda to promote youth employment and enterprise development.
