Candidates must use the New NCEE Portal to view their results, manage multiple students’ information, and enrol students for the National Common Entrance Registration.
The Federal Ministry of Education has officially authorized the National Registrations Council’s (NECO) rescheduling of the National Common Entrance Registration (NCEE) for Federal Unity Colleges for Saturday, June 5, 2022.
The NCEE, which was originally slated for Saturday, May 29, 2022, was moved to another date to allow states with low candidate registration rates to enroll their candidates.
Guideline for 2023 NCEE Registration
Please follow the instructions below to register your prospects. The five steps of registering candidates are as follows:

- Pay the registration fee
- Fill in the application
- Then, submit the form

NCEE Registration Fees for all applicants
Parents or legal representatives are required to pay the following NCEE registration fee. The National Common Registration Entrance NCEE Registration Form Fees are as follows:
- N2,500 is the registration fee.
- N4,500 for a waltz-in
- N2,500 for a name correction
- Always request for a payment code.
All payment-code products must be purchased using the NECO payment portal, which may be accessed at http://payments.neco.gov.ng.
Guideline for a Successful National Common Entrance Registration NCEE Online Application
For the NCEE exam in 2023, each candidate must pay a registration cost of two thousand five hundred (N2,500.00) Naira.
Head Teachers, Parents/Guardians, and other registered users must log in with their login credentials in order to register candidate(s) for NCEE. New users should:
- Log into ncee.neco.gov.ng
- Using the phone number and email address, open an NCEE online account.
- Utilize the email supplied to you to activate the account.
- Use one of the following payment methods to pay the NECO TSA:
- BANK BRANCH
- INTERNET BANKING
- Fill out the candidate’s bio and attach a print photo card of themselves in passport size.

After a candidate has registered online, changes to their name, date of birth, or state of origin will not be considered. According to the carrying capabilities of the Federal Unity Colleges, qualified candidates who selected oversubscribed Colleges may be assigned to any open alternative College.
