Position Overview
As a Client Support Specialist (Workplaces – B2B), you’ll be the frontline contact for workplace customers.
Your goal: ensure smooth operations, resolve client issues quickly, and deliver excellent service that drives customer satisfaction and retention.
This is not a traditional call center job — it’s a dynamic, growth-oriented role with real ownership potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide fast and empathetic support via voice and email to workplace clients.
- Resolve issues related to scheduling, payments, and platform use.
- Work with tools like Zendesk and the Clipboard Health portal.
- Collaborate with Billing, Account Management, and Operations teams.
- Maintain detailed documentation and records.
- Uphold Clipboard Health’s values — Speed, Ownership, and High Standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.
- High accountability and attention to detail.
- Open to all experience levels — no degree required.
- Availability for weekends and flexible shifts.

System Requirements

Working Hours
