  • Intellectual leadership, innovation, and the capacity to suggest and lead on new ways of working across silos in a complementary and synergistic approach for a wealthy and peaceful Africa are required.
  • Proven track record of change management and accomplishments at the regional, national, or international level, as well as strong resource mobilization, political, and diplomatic skills; demonstrated ability to lead a multicultural team and establish harmonious and effective working relationships both within and outside the organization;
  • Proven capacity to inspire, motivate, develop trust and confidence, and build consensus among a diverse range of individuals and organizations, as well as to stimulate effective campaigns and drive collective action.
